Using HSBC Mobile Banking Application

You can install the Mobile Banking application from App Store or Google Play according to the operating system of your mobile device. You will need Digital Banking user code and password in order to utilize the HSBC Mobile Banking application. If you do not have an Digital Banking user code or parole, please click here in order to get one.

HSBC Mobile Banking Activation

After downloading the HSBC Mobile Banking application to your smartphone or tablet, logging on and device activation, you can log in to the mobile application with only your password.

Step 1: Download the HSBC Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Enter your Username and Password.

Step 3: Enter the One Time Password sent via SMS OTP.

Step 4: Activate your device.
