As per your legal rights, you may submit your requests and claims in writing to our branches either personally or via a notary public. In addition, you may send your requests and claims to hsbcbank@hs04.kep.tr address by using registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature and mobile signature, or send them to kvkkiletisim@hsbc.com.tr address by using the electronic mail address previously notified to our Bank and registered in our systems.

Your application must include: (i) name, surname and if application is in writing, signature; (ii) T.R. identity number for the Republic of Türkiye citizens, and nationality, passport number or if any, identity number for foreigners; (iii) residence place or office address for notification purposes; (iv) electronic mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers for notification purposes, if any; and (v) subject of request.

Applications will be accepted following an identity verification, and your requests under your Application will be responded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of request.
