HSBC Asset Management Unconstrained (Foreign Currency) Fund (HDB) in your portfolio, will be merged into HSBC PYŞ Third Unconstrained (Foreign Currency) Fund (HFV) on 02/06/2023.
If you wish, you can redeem the HSBC Asset Management Unconstrained (Foreign Currency) Fund (HDB) in your portfolio until 29/05/2023 at 14:45. If you don’t redeem the fund, your participation shares belonging to the HSBC Asset Management Unconstrained (Foreign Currency) Fund (HDB) will turn into HSBC PYŞ Third Unconstrained (Foreign Currency) Fund (HFV) with the merger. Merger transactions will take place by converting HDB fund shares into HFV fund in line with the merger rate to be calculated with the price determined on the evening of 01/06/2023 of the fund subject to the merger. There will be no withholding tax due to the conversion process.
