For you to reach your financial documents in a more secure way; following documents will not be send via e-mail starting from July 1, 2020. You may reach them through “Account Management/Agreement” menu on HSBC Internet Banking.

• Risk Tolerance Questionnaire and Suitability Test
• Transaction Execution Forms sent for your fixed income securities, mutual funds and over the counter derivative transactions (DCD, Option, Swap, Forward)
• Derivative Products Market Valuation (MtM) Report prepared for your open positions regarding over-the-counter derivative transactions

Once the relevant documents are uploaded into HSBC Internet Banking, you will be notified regularly via e-mail.
